Subscription terms
Updated 18 October 2026. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds for InburgerStap exam-preparation subscriptions.
Contact
InburgerStap is an online exam-preparation service operated from Latvia. For billing, withdrawal requests, technical help or complaints, email [email protected]. We investigate complaints and reply in writing.
Your course
You buy access to one selected course: A1 Basisexamen Inburgering, A2 Inburgering, B1 NT2-I or B2 NT2-II. Published practice in its included components is covered. A core-course subscription also includes published KNM, KNS and ONA practice. Some components may not yet have practice; consult the course availability before purchase. No future release date is promised.
Independent practice
InburgerStap is independent of DUO, IND and official exam providers. Practice and automated feedback are study aids, not official assessment, an exam booking, certification, legal advice or a guarantee of passing. Official exam fees are separate.
Prices and renewal
Each selected course costs €4.99 per month or €35.99 per year, including applicable taxes. The annual price is charged upfront, not in monthly installments. It is approximately 39.90% below twelve monthly payments (€59.88). There is no enrollment fee. The subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled; the charge and interval appear before you pay. Price increases require advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before they apply.
Payment and access
Stripe processes payments. Available payment methods depend on your location, device and subscription eligibility. Access starts only after payment is confirmed by our server. Pending or failed payments do not extend access. Use your own account with a current browser and internet connection; speaking features may require microphone permission. Keep account credentials private.
Cancel renewal
You may stop renewal at any time in your account subscription controls or by emailing support. There is no cancellation fee. Normal cancellation keeps confirmed access until the paid period ends. Cancelling renewal is different from withdrawing from a purchase. Any mandatory right to terminate earlier and receive repayment remains unaffected; contact support to exercise it.
14-day withdrawal and refunds
You may withdraw from your initial subscription within 14 days after entering the contract, without giving a reason. Starting practice does not waive this policy. Send an unambiguous request to [email protected] with your account email, course and purchase date. We stop the subscription and initiate a full refund within 14 days after receiving your request, to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. Outside this period, contact support about duplicate charges, service faults or other refund grounds. Mandatory consumer remedies are preserved.
Refunded or disputed payments
A confirmed full invoice refund ends access funded by that invoice. A payment dispute may temporarily suspend the corresponding access while the dispute is resolved. Other independently paid periods and saved learner work are not erased by these billing actions.
Use, support and consumer rights
Do not share accounts, redistribute protected materials or interfere with the service. Report faults to support so we can investigate and restore the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. These terms do not remove statutory remedies for missing or non-conforming digital services, mandatory protections in your country, or your right to use a competent court. Material changes to terms will be communicated before applying to future purchases; they do not retrospectively reduce rights already purchased.
Optional withdrawal message
To [email protected]: I withdraw from my InburgerStap subscription contract. Course: … Purchase date: … Account email: … Name: … Address: … Date: … Signature only if sent on paper. You may use any other clear withdrawal statement; this template is optional.
