What to raise when your municipality sets your PIP
Share practical information that could affect your participation when the municipality discusses your personal plan. Review the written agreements and ask about updates.
Explain your weekly responsibilities
Describe work hours, childcare, health needs, travel limits or study commitments that shape your schedule. Bring documents when the municipality asks for them.
Ask how your route was chosen
Request a clear explanation of the route, language level, course offer and participation steps. If you do not understand an agreement, ask for it in plain language before accepting the plan.
Check the written plan
After the meeting, review the PIP for correct dates, requirements and contact details. Ask how to report a change and how often the plan can be reviewed.
Make the intake useful
Before the meeting, note your language background, education, work experience, available study time, care duties, and any support you may need. Ask which parts of the discussion affect route selection and what evidence to bring. Afterward, compare the written plan with what you agreed and follow up on missing or unclear items. Bring a written list of questions and ask for copies of documents discussed during the meeting.
