Missed or need to change an integration exam appointment?
If you cannot attend, first identify the exam provider and the notice period that applies. The available change or refund options differ between exam types.
For an A2 booking
DUO’s current instructions allow a date or location change or cancellation up to one week before the exam. Read the booking notice and portal details, as late changes may have different consequences.
For NT2 components
Use the State Exam NT2 service for its own withdrawal, change and exceptional-circumstance rules. Do not assume the A2 deadline applies to NT2.
If illness or an emergency intervenes
Contact the exam service as soon as possible and ask what evidence or time limit applies. Keep medical or travel documents and all messages.
Act before the stated cutoff
Find the cancellation or rescheduling deadline on the provider’s current page and compare it with your appointment date. If illness or an emergency prevented attendance, keep relevant evidence and contact the provider promptly. Ask whether a fee is refundable and whether a new booking affects your integration deadline. If the deadline has already passed, still contact the provider; ask what was recorded and what action remains available.
