Match the question to the right office
For personal exam bookings, results, and records, start with DUO. For a 2021-law route, PIP, or local participation activity, ask the municipality. Residence permits and naturalisation requirements belong to the IND. If offices give conflicting information, keep both replies and ask which formal decision controls your case. When you contact an office, include the date and subject of the letter and ask one specific question so the reply can address your record.
