Frequently Asked Questions

What can I practise here?

Games, guides and language tools are free. Exam practice requires an account and active paid access to the selected exam. Courses shows which components and practice sets are available. Practice results are not an official exam result or a CEFR assessment.

Will this assess my level or mark open responses?

Published keyed questions give feedback on that task after checking. Writing and speaking browser samples are for self-practice; they do not receive automatic or AI examiner grades. A sample score is not an official result or placement assessment.

Do I need to sign in?

Use free games, guides and language tools without signing in. For exam practice, sign in with email and password or a provider available on the sign-in screen, and make sure you have active access to that exam. Account practice supports saved attempts. Wait for confirmation that your work is saved and follow any retry or recovery message before leaving. Free game results are not saved to your account. You can find available unfinished attempts from your account; access and expiry limits still apply.

Which exam do I need?

Your requirements depend on your situation. Check Mijn Inburgering and, where applicable, your municipal PIP. Selecting A1, A2, B1 or B2 here does not decide your eligibility or obligations.

Can I buy a subscription?

Check Courses for the offers currently available for your exam. If checkout is unavailable, you cannot buy access yet. Before paying, review the price, billing period, included access and terms. A pending payment does not grant access. Your account shows subscription status and available cancellation options.
